Welcome to Billings Construction Supply — we're Sam and Lilli Eaves, the new owners of BCS.

For more than 50 years, Billings Construction Supply has been part of the community, helping contractors, businesses and individuals get the job done. Since taking ownership in January 2026, we've been proud to carry that legacy forward while building on everything that makes BCS special: dependable service, knowledgeable people and a genuine commitment to our customers.

For Lilli, that local connection runs especially deep. As a fifth-generation Montanan, she has family roots in this state that stretch back generations. Together, we've made Montana our home, and we're excited to invest our time, energy and passion into a business that has served this community since 1973.

A Local Business with a Long History

BCS began in 1973 as a portable toilet company. Over the years, it has grown into a one-stop shop for construction supplies, equipment rentals and jobsite services, with a team of more than 30 employees serving South Central Montana and Northern Wyoming.

  • Signs & Graphics: Custom signs, banners, vehicle lettering and graphics to help your business stand out.

  • Small Engine & Power Tool Repair: Experienced technicians providing maintenance and repairs to help keep your equipment working.
